In the first week of the general election Presidential race where do the candidates stand?

Barack Obama - 304 Electoral Votes

John McCain - 234 Electoral Votes

270 Votes wins the Presidency
The battleground states are clear. Should John McCain win Michigan (17 Electoral Votes) and Ohio (20 Electoral Votes) on the map above he wins 271 Electoral Votes and is the next President of the United States.
Flap thinks McCain will be campaigning in Ohio, Michigan and Pennsylvania where Hillary Clinton beat Obama, especially with white working class voters the majority of the time. And, this may be an indication as to why McCain chooses Mitt Romney as his Vice President - Michigan.
Stay tuned……. (Source: FullosseousFlap’s Dental Blog)
